I'itoi (EE-Toy) Onions are grown right here in the garden. We plant and grow them with love and care without the use of pesticides and are hand harvested. I'itoi onions are Native to the Sonoran Desert and were first cultivated by the O'odham People. These onions have a mile peppery flavor and are really delicious! You can use them just like other onions or shallots.
